Running production for an artist with a global fanbase

Play Pals Studios built The Weeknd Hub, and I ran the project: scope, schedule, contractors and client walkthroughs across the hub, the prologue, the concert area and a zombie-shooter section.

What I did

• Managed the project end to end for the studio: scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinated the contractors and specialists brought in for the build.
• Prepared and ran client walkthroughs of the hub, prologue, concert area and zombie-shooter sections as each came together.
• Tracked client feedback and approvals across the project’s sections.

Outcome

The Weeknd Hub opened on May 16, 2025. My role was production leadership for Play Pals Studios, coordinating the team’s work through the release.
